Weight Journey - Day 14


I am down 1.4 lbs. Now we're talking!

I've been feeling fantastic and the food I've been eating has been SO delicious! Much better than what I was eating before I watched what I'm eating.

Does anyone else notice how when you are on a "diet" you eat more veggies and fruit? I tend to forget about these when I am on "regular eating" (also known as, real life) and honestly, I don't enjoy it very much. Please say I'm not the only one!
