I loved wearing leg warmers as a kid (yes, in the 80s!).
I have been so cold lately that I have been avoiding skirts and stockings. I wonder if I whip up a pair (or two) if I will be more inclined to don dressier clothes and stay warm at the same time.
Though I do see the fashion includes them being worn over jeans too. Hmmm...
I did a quick Pinterest search for leg warmers that has some fun and easy patterns to make.
Craftsy also did a round-up of knitted leg warmer patterns (I'm not sure if they are all free).
If I do make a pair, I like the ones that are secured around the foot so they don't keep bunching up.
