I like how we are to choose a couple of ways we’re going to eat a bit less for the rest of the month and not focus on a "diet". I find that when I am restricting a certain food that I don't do well but if I am focusing on goals (e.g. eating 10% less) I do really well. Michele has a great list to help set goals for this too. I am relieved we are focusing on tweaks to our every day choices than full out revamping it all.
Are you joining this challenge? If so, how are you doing so far?

I had missed the challenge but I did join Weight Watchers earlier this month and have lost 7 pounds so far. I like their method because I am still eating what I like I'm just thinking about it more and writing down what I eat.

DeleteGood for you! I'm working on this too...not so much focusing on losing weight, although I need to do that too, but focusing on not eating dairy or gluten (I have food allergies). So I'm starting with that...and lots of veggies. :) Good luck to you!!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear someone else is working on it. With Easter weekend I'm stuck on Day 5 but today I plan to catch up. Thankfully they are only 10 minutes a piece!
