Even though today is Day 4, I technically started on Sunday, December 28, 2014. From that date this morning I am
down 7.2 lbs - woot! This puts me 10-15 pounds away from my ideal goal. At this rate that means only another month at full focused planning and eating. I can do it!!
Today I ate 1,196 calories.
I had a hot chocolate so in addition to a small single bites of chocolate that really got me eating more sugar than I had intended.
I didn't get extra water ingested to combat it (only 1 litre) which is usually how I deal with that.
We'll let the scale show how that will effect the overall efforts in the morning.
