I started this dress at the beginning of the summer. I was focussed on losing weight so I waited for a bunch of it to come off before I finalised it. As you can see, I had to take in several inches to fit it to my new figure.
I also got up the courage to use the serger on it. It was a lot easier than I expected and I am thrilled with the results - I love how it turned out and the seams are so professional!
I added a belt to help cinch it in at the waist and I really love the final look.Labels: sewing
