Yesterday I got motivated and did TWO workouts. Since I was up at 4:30AM any way I decided to do a 7AM 30 minute workout tape (Thank you Kathy Smith for walking my pounds away). Later that night I went to Zumba at the gym and wow! I became a dancing machine for an hour and had a blast mamba-ing and grape-vine-ing the pounds away. Now I'll just wait for the scale to reward me for all my hard work.
