Thursday ~ Chicken breasts with barbecue sauce, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Friday ~ Pizza Night (thin crust, ham & pineapple topping), baby carrots
Saturday ~ Cheese Quesadilla (high fiber tortilla with sprinkle of cheese, chopped onion, salsa), light nonfat
