We went away this past weekend to my in-laws. It was a nice weekend but this meant no running Saturday or Sunday (or Monday).
This week we are doing 7 sets of run
2 minutes, walk 1 minute.
Last night I realized it was already Tuesday and I had done nothing to meet this new goal so ... I was waiting for Scott to finish at an appointment and decided to see how many sets I could get in while running on the spot.
I did 5 sets and was pretty proud of myself for taking advantage of the time and doing what I could. Probably not as good as actually running outside but way better than nothing.
I'm going to try for at least two more nights to fit in the practice runs this week.
Is this chocolate season killing anybody else's fitness goals? What are you doing to not gain a gazillion pounds?
